How it works
Ordering is simple:- Choose your item, then pick your colour and size
- Add to basket, then proceed to checkout when ready
- Fill in your billing details, enter the shipping address (if different from billing) and pay
- Sit back and wait for for your cool new items to arrive
Production
Once an order is received, the printers get to work. They will have your order made and dispatched usually within 5 working days, although at peak periods, this may be a little longer.Shipping
All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Falkland Islands: 4-6 weeks
- United Kingdom: 5-7 working days
- Rest of Europe: 5-7 working days
- USA and Canada: 4-6 working days
- Rest of the World: 14-30 working days
Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, your item might be liable for customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. Contact your local authority for more information. Tonedog Graphic Design is not responsible for these fees.
On-demand printing
Each item is printed to order. This helps reduce waste and keeps the quality high as things are less likely to be missed when going through quality control. Occasionally, garments may be sourced from other suppliers to meet demand, so there may be minor colour discrepancies to previously purchased items.
Garment care
You want to get the most out of your item of clothing, so for for some helpful tips:- Wash on a low temperature
- Do not tumble dry (or use a low heat setting if you must)
- Do not iron
